Need to Know
Plenty of free parking. Portable restrooms available at the parking lot.
The trailhead is on the opposite side of Pardon Joslin Road from the parking lot, and is clearly labeled with red arrows. You can follow the trail by following the red arrows and red markings on the trees, as well as by filling the Outer Loop
signs. The start and end of the trail are shared with the White or Inner Loop trail.
There are a couple of small foot bridges on the first half of the trail (assuming you are running the loop clockwise), and there are several stone walls along the way. The trail surface is dirt singletrack with a few large rocks and exposed tree roots.
Flora & Fauna
Evergreen and deciduous trees, ferns, wildflowers, birds, squirrels, rabbits, deer.
