Need to Know
Entry Fee: $5 for adults, $3.50 for children 12 and under, maximum fee of $15 per car (special event pricing may apply). Annual Passes are available for $85. They provide admission to Little Cataraqui Creek for one year.
Some wet/muddy patches
First, cross over a sturdy boardwalk over a small pond, which is often full of lily pads. Listen for bullfrogs, and maybe even see one or two. Then you'll get to a path junction where chickadees are often found. In the winter, they're hungry, so bring birdseed (available for sale at the outdoor centre). The rest of the trail is an easy and well-traveled route, with occasional muddy patches.
