Overview
This trail has many challenging hills along the way. Overall, the trail is in good shape, but be prepared for many inclines. I found the tunnel that goes under the highway to be pretty neat, but didn't slow down to really look around much.

This trail can be combined with many other trails.
Runner Notes
They have recently cut timber on some of Wind Way Hills trail, which made it more challenging and hot since it has minimal shade. The trail is in decent shape.

Description
I started at Seven Points Picnic Area and took Link Way through the tunnel and connected with Wind Way Hills, making my way down to The Ridge Entrance. This trail has many hills that are very challenging.
