Trail shared by Derek Claburn

A nice new addition to Green Mountain Land Trust; a short run but moderately strenuous with lots of rocks.

Description

Leaving the parking lot, you take the Alum Hollow Trail to the marker showing the Ranger Trail on your left. It is a steep descent then levels off, and the trees are marked with blue ribbon until you meet the Three Sisters Loop; the Ranger Trail stays right and the tree ribbons will now be red. There are also plenty of actual tree markers with trail names on them along this well-marked trail.
