Description

The Hopkin's Loop is part of the Aboretum garden at the Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG). The trail can be accessed from the trails commencing at the Aboretum entrance or from the parking at York Road.

The trail starts by following the fence line at the back of a residential neighborhood before branching out and going deeper into the forested area. The trail runs along a ridge line, following a creek and offers interesting views of the surrounding area. The trail passes by a couple meadows where bird houses have been placed and offer great opportunities to view a variety of bird species.
