Runner Notes

Good even trail that can be a bit sandy and dusty.

Description

From the parking lot follow the obvious trail past the information booth. The trail slowly descends, weaving it's way from one wash to another. Along the way you come across several nice views of the canyon. Shortly after passing through a gate, you make your way into the river basin and connect up with the main trail.
