The switchbacks provide an easy grade for running, though there are some small rocky climbs.

Description

This trail starts from the parking area off Perch Pond Road. Follow the red plastic diamonds.

The trail ascends moderately over a series of switchbacks and a few rocky areas then ends at the Crawford-Ridgepole Trail (on the left and right).

Flora & Fauna

Flora: Red Russula mushroom, Lilac Fairy Helmet(?), Beech.
Historical Features: Cellar holes, stone walls.
