Overview

This is the route for the 30k Buckin' Hell Course. It is a mix of runable and (very) technical.

Description

Join the Quarry Rock conga line for the first section before breaking onto a runable uphill then descending on semi-technical trails into the Deep Cove townsite.

From here, you get a couple flat kms before climbing a river bed and crossing Mount Seymour Road where the long climb continues for ~700m to the high point near the Mount Seymour parking area.

Descend exceptional, challenging and technical trails back to the road junction where you started the climb and run an easy descent back toward Quarry Rock.

Before reaching Quarry Rock, avoid the crowd by taking a lesser used technical trail back to where you started.
