The Bohanan Loop Trail can be accessed via connectors leading from four different trailheads. This trail starts and finishes deep in the hardwood forest, which makes for some great running and seasonal wildlife viewing opportunities. Though mostly a flat trail, you do get the opportunity through a spur to see an old cemetery, remnants of the quarrying industry, and quite a bit of the woods that make Western KY special. There is also one steepish climb about one mile into the loop.
The Bohanan Loop Trail follow the yellow blazes in the Heritage Trail Network and is the longest loop in this collection.
