Description

This trail starts at the main parking lot, which overlooks the entire valley. This is a dirt/loose rock path which descends into the conservation area. There are many loose rocks, and it is a hazardous descent in wet conditions. Trekiking poles are recommended here. The trail connects to the Streamside Trail which can be added on for a longer outing.

Flora & Fauna

Ticks and poison ivy.

The trail is a narrow, dirt singletrack that descends through the woods. On rainy days, water may flood the trail.

Toward the end of the Glade Trail, it opens up and provides a limited view, which is nice at sunset where the evening light shines through the trees.
