Fox Trail heads south from the main entrance along the eastern edge of the park, intersecting with Basswood Trail
, Ironwood Trail
, and Big Woods Trail
. Expect to see bright wildflowers in the spring and dense woods through the rest of the year.
This trail is also open to snowmobiling in the winter.

Wildflowers: columbine, bloodroot, Dutchman’s breeches, hepatica, and the federally endangered Minnesota dwarf trout lily.
