“A quick climb to the top with some spectacular views of summits and climbing in the clouds.”

Stay on the path! High altitude environments are easily damaged and will take years to grow back.
This is a popular trail for trail running.
This trailhead is just off the main mountain road in this area and is relatively easy to locate as it is at the end of the side road.
Starting from the trailhead beside a lodge, you'll find that it's a dirt path until you reach the staircase that takes you all the way to the top. For those who are used to trail running, only being on a staircase may not feel as much like a run but the views and lookout points are spectacular and I guarantee that you'll have a hard time wanting to leave. It takes roughly about an hour to get to the top if you keep a good pace; 45-50 minutes if you like to move quickly.
Take it easy going down; run down a mile long staircase is more dangerous than you would think.
