Need to Know
If you plan to stay overnight there are several campsite options as well as cabins built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The trails are multi-use and are also used by mountain bikers.
Blue Suck Falls is a loop run that gives you a true sense of the park. You'll run through Mountain Laurel, cross streams, and be rewarded with both a waterfall and scenic vista at the Tuscarora Overlook and cabin.
When you're done with your run, take a cool dip in the lake, relax on the sandy beach, and grab a bite to eat at the restaurant.
