Brothers' Path is a gentle and scenic pathway that encircles Swan Lake in just over a mile. The pathway is flat and well maintained so the run is more of a leisurely outing. Swan Lake is one of the loveliest features of Rockefeller State Park Preserve. There are benches along the western edge of the lake that can make great picnic spots. The northern end of the lake is a small dam. The eastern side is more of a gravel fill pathway than the carriage road western side. The peaceful waters of Swan Lake are best during fall when the foliage of the trees is at its best.
