This doubletrack parallels West Verde Creek. You'll cross the creek just before it ends at Davenport Ranch Road. The trail ends near Comanche Bluff Overlook which really just overlooks the creek. You can access the overlook by taking the nearby Medina Loop Trail #8 from Davenport Ranch Road.
Despite the "falls" in the name, I'm not sure exactly which feature is the waterfall.
