Description
This is a short access trail that provides you with an alternate choice to start running from the various campgrounds. The trail starts in campground loop F at site number F182. The trail has nice views of the lake and many smaller Civil War earthworks. After you cross the power lines you'll find the trailhead for the Twin Forts Trail and the Long Meadow Trail.
