Description

The trailhead is found by driving up a steep single lane road running up the side of the mountain, and only gets better from there!

The wide trail makes taking the whole family an enjoyable time, while still keeping the trail at a more intermediate level for those looking for a challenge.

There are lots of viewpoints along the way of the valley and of the Monterey/Santa Cruz areas. The trail is decorated with lots of funky, off-beat wooden animal characters, and gives the trail a unique feeling. The midpoint of the trail is rewarded with the best view of it all!
