Runner Notes

Though you'll need to watch for roots, this route is mostly flat and makes for pleasant running.

Description

Highland trail 4 is a bit tougher than Highland Trail 1 and Highland Trail 2. It has more roots, and a few small climbs and drops. Trail 4 offers a nice variety of singletrack features and may offer some solitude if the park is crowded.
