Description
Once your running shoes are laced up, enter through the East Park entrance at 2101 U.S. 40. From there, signs will direct you to the mapped
Orange Trail.
Hop on the trail to encounter a limestone and shale outcrop and run over a man-made wooden bridge. Continue on for some switchbacks and elevation changes through beautiful, wooded scenery and past several of the Great Miami River's mini tributaries.
On the return portion of the trail, you'll be making your way alongside the Great Miami River. River access occurs at several points along this path. The river is a perfect place for a water, lunch, or a fishing break.
