Description

This trail is the most visited in the park for good reason. Along your journey, expect to trek through a pristine deciduous forest rife with wildflowers and wildlife to the single-largest waterfall in the state of Maryland. Cascading over 78 feet from top to bottom, Cunningham Falls is truly a sight to see.

After soaking up all the serenity Cunningham Falls has to offer, either return the way you came, or continue up the Hog Rock Nature Trail for an extended journey through some of Maryland's most pristine forests.
