Description

This route is a fairly standard singletrack trail for the Sonoran desert. There are plenty of rocks on the trail so watch your feet and try not to get distracted with the sea of Saguaro cactus all around. The trail is a gentle climb as you leave the Oxbow / Night Hawk Trail / Red Tail Ridge junction to the junction with Ocotillo Hill Trail and Homestead Trail.

There are no water sources in the park, so you'll want to make sure to bring your own.
