Be aware of other trail users. I always yield to mountain bikers as they build and maintain the trails.
Part of the complex of MTB trails at Sugar Bottom Recreation Area, the 101 is the best stretch of trail. There are optional loops off of it, and one could jump from the 101 to the 201
to the 301 and take in all optional loops to get a lot of mileage. The trails are beautifully maintained singletrack, a little gratuitous in places as MTB trails are wont to be, but this stretch runs through some low marshy areas with boardwalks, and through sections of pine and deciduous forest.
