Open seasonally for the most part but can be accessed in the off season during daylight hours. Park hours vary during the sports seasons and is closed at 5 pm in the winter months.

Mostly paved throughout the loop. There are areas of off pavement travel. This is in a sports park so there will be instances of higher traffic during the sporting seasons.
Description
This trail ends up composing a 2-mile loop around the Elizabethtown Sports Park. The route offers 95% paved pathways with easy access to restrooms and water points along most of the loop. Facilities are open seasonally during the spring, summer, and fall seasons to support various sporting venues including youth baseball, football, soccer, and lacrosse.
There are additional paths throughout the park that can add to your mileage. Additionally, this loop has immediate access to the
Billy Creek Trail to extend your outing to enjoy the peace and tranquility that a creek side trail offers.
Flora & Fauna
Not much in terms of flora and fauna since this is a sports park. However, landscaping that was put in a few years ago as part of the park opening are beginning to mature. There is not much shade other than in the pavilion areas.
