The park is open dawn to dusk.
It has a nice hill section which is perfect for bounding training to build hill strength. Very smooth, soft dirt and leaf surface.
This trail provides a great way to access the beautiful Gig Harbor view point at the end of the park. But most runners use sections of this trail to link with other longer trails in the area. It is wider than most of the other trails and well maintained.
