From the Table Rock Trail #15, this trail heads to the south, around the backside of Table Rock, to reach the top from the east. The first mile or so is gentle and mostly flat, which makes for relaxing running. From the 1 mile mark onward, the trail will steepen as it climbs to the top of Table Rock. Appropriately named, Table Rock is flat on top, which means that the trail flattens out immediately after cresting the trail that climbs the side of the feature.
This trail can be combined with the Table Rock Trail - Trail #15
to create a loop run.
