Description
Eagle Crest is one of four trails that go from a major trail junction - J2, to the Nova Hut area and several trails that take one further into the trail system.
Starting out in the forest, Eagle Crest winds around in the beautiful forest as it climbs and descends small hills. Heavily forested, the forest thins at the high spots to reveal some great views. After about 0.8 miles, the trail descends one final time, to arrive at Nova Hut, a good place to have a snack break.
During the winter, as part of the Mount Spokane State Park's Nordic Skiing Trail System, this trail is groomed for classic and skate skiing. Needs Description
