“Robe Mountain is a fantastic ridge run to a unique overlook.”

This is an out-and-back run. Near Buzzards Roost (far end of the trail) there are high cliffs and some easy scrambling. Take care.
Robe Mountain is a fun run out a ridge that takes you away from the busier overlook area and main Indian Fort Trail
. The Buzzards Roost overlook provides amazing views to the north, east, and south.
This is not a flat ridge run, nor is it too tough. There are enough climbs to make it interesting, but not so many as to destroy your quads.
There is also a second overlook side trip to Eagle's Nest which is worth a visit.
