The Rachel Carson Greenway Trail
starts off as a hiking path so the running here is very technical, be prepared to slow down a lot.
This trail is on the eastern side of the stream, as opposed to the Northwest Branch Trail
. The two trails split right at the beginning. Simply follow the Rachel Carson Greenway Trail
across the creek onto this hiker-only trail.
The trail starts out with a bang throwing rocks and uneven trail at you from the gun. Eventually, the trail becomes smoother after it crosses Colevsville road and is paved after it crosses the Capitol Beltway.
