Runnable, but with lots of trees and roots across a good portion of the route.
From the trailhead, stay right onto the Muhley Trail
. After ascending the hill, follow the sign to do the Island View Trail
. This will take you to a great overlook of Lake Champlain and meets back up with the Muhley Trail
Continue down this trail to the Cedar Point Trail
, which overlooks the cove before joining back up with the Muhley Trail
/Beach Bypass Trail
. Follow the Beach Bypass Trail
to the Ledges Trail

Overall, these trails are fairly well-maintained. The Muhley Trail
and Ledges Trail
have a decent amount of rocks, but nothing that requires more than careful stepping to safely navigate.
