“The second easiest trail in the Luton Park trail system where most runs start and end.”
— Mark VanTongeren
Features: River/Creek — Wildflowers — Wildlife
With a very nice parking lot added in 2014, the Green Trail became the way runners start and end their run.
The trailhead now begins on the west branch of the Green Trail and flows downhill gradually to Rum Creek where the Green Trail meets up with the Blue Trail that connects runners to the other trail segments.
Runners will finish their run on the east side of the Green Trail with a fairly long but very gradual uphill that returns them to the parking lot.
