Trail shared by Francis Fontaine

A steep track following a river with multiple waterfall crossings!

Francis Fontaine

Features Fall Colors · River/Creek · Waterfall

Description

Starting east of the Franconia Notch Parkway, follow Old Bridle Path. The trail splits at 0.2 miles and turns right to stay on Falling Water Trail.

This is a nice slippery trail that proves a perfect finish to the Franconia Ridge Loop. The trail following the river is simply amazing but be aware, you'll be crossing that river multiple times and the rocks can be wet. Be sure to wear proper shoes! There is no viewpoint on the trail but trust me, you won't regret it.
