Ramshead is a good, fun connection between Secret Slickrock and Old Post Trail. The trail can be travelled in either direction.

Starting from Secret Slickrock, the trail descends quickly at first and then mellows out into a traverse northwest.

When the trail hits the creek bottom you'll have a slog through the sand and then climb a rock staircase to get to the other side.

Ramshead finishes with more mellow twisting singletrack before hitting the Old Post Trail intersection.
