Just another pretty view of the mountains, larches, and other conifers, from high on the closed FSR 453B.
High on East FSR 453 (closed) the hiking is good - great views of the mountains and the pretty larches of mid Novemeber that stand out amongst the dark green conifers.
The forest closes in here. Dark green conifers and bright yellow larches with their soft needles, soon to be dropped as the snows begin to fall.
