At Guyot Pass just shy of 11,000 ft., Mount Guyot, 12,300 ft. (right) is seen through the trees to the southwest.

Red Spur is seen to the west-northwest from high on the north side of Guyot Pass. The cliffs of Kern Canyon drop off in front of Red Spur. Not seen, the Kern River runs in the deep canyon below.
