One of the many well-established side trails that offers access to the muddy sandbars. They're great areas to identify animal tracks!
There's several of these little forts throughout the park for kids to play in as you explore!

There's several of these little forts throughout the park for kids to play in as you explore!
There were a whole bunch of ducks that flew away just as I arrived. This is a pretty quiet are for the wildlife.

Another section in the woods, equestrians are allowed to ride along side the path.
Some of the trees have neat bark!
