it's amazing how these trees have survived hundreds of floods over the years.
This part of the path reveals the East side prairie.
There's a big mix of cedar and deciduous tree sections all over the South trails.
There are many landmarks in this park, this bridge being one of the more photographed locations for family photos, senior pics, etc.
Tree rows from the 30's-50's are throughout the park. It's interesting to compare the tree lines to property lines on old maps online.
