Coleman Gacier is seen in the distance from the morraine at the end of Coleman Glacier Trail on a hazy, overcast day. Yates Torrent is the glacial creek carrying melt water to the little lake and then down into Smoky River.

The mile long wet, meadowy area. It's beautiful, but it's easy to lose the trail. If you look closely, there's an orange mark on a tree in the center - aim for it.

The mile long wet, meadowy area. It's beautiful, but it's easy to lose the trail. If you look closely, there's an orange mark on a tree in the center - aim for it.

Calumet Creek spreads across gravel flats as it reaches the east end of the mile long flat, open wet meadowy area. Looking west from the trail.

A small glacial lake in the mountain meadows, is passed by Coleman Glacier Trail. This lake is fed by the glacial creek flowing down the gap in the center between the 2 mountains. A glacier behind the mountain on the right is the creek source.

More mountains, glaciers, and snowfields come into view to the west-southwest when descending through the Moose Pass meadows. Mumm Peak, Mount Anne-Alice, Mural Glacier, Mount Phillips, and Gendarme Mountain (left ot right).
