It's not often you are above the clouds in eastern Pennsylvania, but the cool Delaware River often creates a cloud inversion below the ledges of Cliff Park in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
Early morning summer hikes can be beautiful, but near the Delaware River fog can often obscure fantastic views. This should have been an overlook with a 400 ft drop-off.
