This trail is like Satchel Creek Cove Trail and Boulder Bluff Trail, mowed paths through hay fields with no tread. This is a challenging run if you tack on all the other trails along with it, or run this one a few times in a row. Heck, maybe you'll help build the tread, and I won't have to work with the lake managers to accomplish this!

You're sure to scare up deer, turkey, quail and other typical Kansas game as this trail gets little use. I didn't see a bit of horse poo on this one either. There's a permanent deer blind up for viewing wildlife...I posted a pic of it, but didn't go inside.
