Need to Know

Once you get into East Missoula you can go back along the trail, head farther east on the road before crossing the river to link up to the Kim Williams Trail or head back by taking a right and heading under the interstate.

Runner Notes

Once you make it to the top of the climb, it flattens out and has a slight downhill, wrapping around through a gully. It's a good trail for a mixed trail/road run.

Description

Starting at Cherry Street, take the trail up from the trailhead. At the big switchback, stay straight. This trail climbs above the interstate and wraps around the base of Jumbo dropping you into East Missoula.
