While too short and sometimes too crowded to be a good run on it's own, if you are out for a longer excursion around Lake Union and the park isn't too crowded, this makes a fun little add-on.

Description

This small park situated at the northern end of Lake Union has several short, paved paths, restrooms, some local history, and a picnic area. It is a great spot for a stroll or a picnic on one of the grassy hills. Or bring a kite to fly on a breezy day.
