Description

The Nature Trail is a great little loop from the campground. It's mostly smooth and easy singletrack. Some sections are twisty and narrow between trees. Soon, the first nature trail intersects an old, now grassy road. Take a right, and look for the second nature trail about a 100 yards up and on your right.

This trail will take you back to the campground. Watch out for a couple of muddy, rocky, small bridge approaches that are deeper and a bit harder than they look. When back at the campground, consider McCollum Trail, which starts up a dirt ramp behind the campground office.

Mountain bikers often follow Scott's Run from the outer parking area with the Nature Trails and then McCollum Trail for a south of the park road Coopers half loop.
