Description

Wahoo starts at intersections with Cross Canyon or Borderline. At either one you'll want to go right to have the most fun.

A little bit of climbing is involved to get to the top of Wahoo. The route travels across slickrock and onto deep red packed soil overlooking a valley to the west. You'll be looking at a line of singletrack rolling across the saddle in front of you.

Here is where the trail gets its name. Follow the curvy trail down along a contouring hillside to the bottom of a wash, dancing through large monothilic boulders.

At the bottom you'll skirt across an open area and return to the Cross Canyon intersection. Descend here if you want or stay on Wahoo to retrace a short section to Borderline for a better downhill route back to the upper Klonzo parking area.
