Description

This mostly singletrack trail provides a steady, gradual climb with a number of great downhill sections. Look for the excellent viewpoint at Mile 3. This trail links to several other trails within the Wilkins Peak Trail System.

This trail begins as a two-track with a long gradual uphill climb for the first two miles then flattens out with a very slight vertical gain the remainder of the run. At around the Mile 3 point, you'll come to an intersection, go to the left of the fork and it will take you to a great viewpoint.

The right fork takes you to the more rugged downhills through cedars, over rock slabs, and a run down a wash, all of which will bring you back to the start point.

This trail intersects Mac Daddy, Pick Your Poison, Uncle Rico, and Quickdraw.

Brent and Mike are the founding fathers of the Wilkins Peak Trail System, so its only fitting that they have a trail named after them in this diamond in the rough trail system. Check out Brent and Mikes, you won't regret it!
