Description

The trailhead is just past the last house on Watergate Rd. as you drop down the mountain towards Bluffton Preserve. From the road, descend a few stone steps and follow the trail for 100 yards to the bluff overlooking the Archey Fork valley. With a good rain, and if the Archey Fork is flowing quickly, you can hear the waterfalls running below from the top.

To get to the waterfalls, follow the cleared path that continues along the bluff line where it eventually meets the creek. From here, there are two waterfalls upstream, and two downstream. Be careful as the rock in the creek is extremely slippery, and falling could result in serious injury!
