Runner Notes
A great add-on if you are looking for a few more miles.
Description
The C.R.E.A. Trail (which stands for "California Real Estate Association") is about 1.8 miles long and is best taken as an out-and-back option off of the
Rhododendron Trail. It is not recommended to start from or try to access this trail at its eastern terminus off of U.S. 101 as there is no parking and the road is dangerous.
Runners looking to access C.R.E.A. Trail would begin by running a mile or more on the
Rhododendron Trail. From the
Rhododendron Trail look for the C.R.E.A Trail to branch off to the north. On its own, this trail isn't much of a destination, but it is a good option to add-on if you would like to add a few more miles to your run. There is also a chance to see rhododendron in bloom between May and June which also makes this a pleasant extension.
