Sugarloaf Hill provides outstanding views of the Chiricahua National Monument. The trail starts from a well-marked parking area and is less than a mile run to reach the top at 7,310 feet. The return trip is on the same trail making a roundtrip run just under two miles.
Rising above the surrounding canyons, the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain is one of the highest points in the monument. The gravel trail has a steady incline and great views.
