Runner Notes

This is mostly flat trail, with some elevation when you get close to the dam. It does flood a little bit after heavy rains, but is usually dry with no potholes or roots.

Description

This is a great run, especially in the morning when the mist is coming off the lake. The whole way around you have views of the lake. Sometimes it gets heavy with geese so watch for poop.

There are a number of playgrounds around the lake, so you do have to pay attention to the kids running around. This trail is located right across the street from the local high school.
