This is a pleasant surprise; being able to get 8.5 miles (it is marked as 9) of singletrack in Mobile. Thank you, USA.
Though these are the USA MTB trails, the density of mountain bikers is low. It should not be a concern for running.
Just follow the well-marked trails, white in one direction and yellow in the other, and you'll actually be able to get in a long run without doing a bunch of loops.
