There may be sections where you need to slow down and take your time, specifically on the steep ups and downs and any rocky/rooty sections, but for the most part you can run the entire time (if you're willing to be out of breath occasionally!).
Description
This trail has steep ups and downs through the forest at Hunter Cove Uplands. If you're looking for a longer run to enjoy the forest here, the upper loop is must.
